My
Story
I work to meet people where they are in their life, to ensure that the goals they are working towards are healthy and what they are ready to be working on.
I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years in different roles and with different populations; this has included children and adolescents, adults across the lifespan, chronic and persistent mental illness in both community and hospital settings, substance use disorders, group and individual therapy work. I currently work with clients 13 years old and older for individual counseling services.
I have a Master’s Degree from Viterbo University in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I also have my Substance Abuse Counselor licensure, and can work with those who have substance use concerns as a secondary concern. I often work with clients who have issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma or trauma-history, transitions and general life-stressors, pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns.
