My
Story

Psychotherapy can improve many aspects of one’s life. It can improve our relationship with ourselves, our family, and others. Psychotherapy can also improve our quality of life by addressing past and current situations and by learning new skills for the future.

I welcome all adults, individuals, couples, and families, as well as members of the LGBTQI+ community to my practice. I have extensive experience working with U.S. Veterans and Active Duty Service members.

My specialty areas of training and experience in psychotherapy include, but are not limited to, the treatment of the symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief, and adjustment to life changes.

My treatment modalities include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Couples (CBTC and for families)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT for individuals)

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma (and Grief)

  • STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation)
