Please contact us directly to arrange an appointment that is convenient for you. Parking is available and the most private entrance is located in the back of the building (Door B).  Follow the signs for The Therapy Place of LaCrosse and we are located on the top of the stairs. Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting area.

You may complete paperwork prior to your appointment (download forms - see "Forms" on menu).  Present completed forms to your therapist upon your arrival or you can complete paperwork 15 minutes prior to your session if you arrive early.

 

An elevator is available in our handicapped accessible building however you will need to use the Metropolitan entrance and handicapped parking is also available.
