 adults, children and adolescents. I have 30 years of
 experience in the counseling field and love what I do.

 require changes in their lives. I focus on moving in the 

direction of your values. I primarily work with issues
 related to Anxiety, Depression, PTSD or trauma,

Obsessive-Compulsive symptoms, family relational issues and life related stressors that get in the way of building a life worth living. Therapy does not have to be painful or scary. Taking the first step is what is most important
